I love how "Weird Explorer" on YouTube vividly describes unique fruits, and it's got me wondering: is there anyone doing the same for chili peppers?
I'm a content creator with 100K followers and looking for a creator who goes past just heat levels to truly paint a picture of a chili's flavor and texture, someone like the "weird explorer" to be my new partner

I want someone who likes and knows a lot about Chilli, not just its Scoville rating.

Any creators out there like this, or is anyone up for the challenge?
What parameters do you think are key for describing chili flavors? Let me know your thoughts!

I love that idea! Chili peppers have so much more than heat...the flavor, aroma, texture, even origin and finding a creator who dives deep like Weird Explorer sounds awesome, count me interested!

There's a guy called boss pepper on TikTok who sometimes does this stuff, but not as deep as what you're describing. Its all cool maybe you should join more related forums, who knows other weird explorers could be out there nd if not, maybe one of us needs to step up and become that person lol, haha

Wish I'm a content creator, haha! I'd be interested to know more about culinary applications. Like which flavor profile or dish a specific chili best complements? I'm also curious to learn more about wild chili varieties, you know those that aren't widely known or commercially available! Hope you find your partner and launch your idea the soonest!

There are some people who characterize chilies as earthy, citrusy, or smoky, kind of like they do with wine. If you find someone with that kind of palette, you've got gold.
