New chili grower

First time growing chili peppers in my brother's greenhouse and they’re actually turning red! Just wanted to share a pic and ask:
Do they look ripe to you? and should I pick them now or wait?
Any easy tips for drying or storing? Feeling excited (and a bit clueless), so any advice is super welcome!
