Best places to find rare hot peppers?

on the hunt for some rare and unique hot pepper varieties and thought I'd ask, any recommendations for trustworthy vendors or vendor vaults where you can snag peppers that aren't easy to find at your local nursery? looking for anything from superhots to heirloom varieties. I'm especially interested in vendors with a good selection of seeds, fresh peppers, or even peppers with interesting flavor profiles (not just heat).

I've been ordering from puckerbutt and pepper joe's and both have plenty of rare peppers to choose from. A friend of mine ordered from a Spanish company, not sure what the name is, but he received the package, so I'm guessing international shipping is on the table for this.
