Cause of plant sudden decline

So here's what happened. About a week ago, I noticed the leaves started falling off, just a few at first so I figured maybe it was normal lower leaf shed or something but then over the past couple days the flowers dropped too and I'm genuinely worried I'm about to lose it entirely.
I haven't changed anything with my watering schedule, it's getting the same light as always, same feeding routine, same everything. The other plants sitting right next to it are doing totally fine, putting out new growth and flowers like nothing is wrong, it's just this one that's apparently having a crisis. I'm at loss for this sudden decline

That's most likely due to a stress or shock that happened about a week or two ago. Check the roots first for signs of root rot. It can affect just one plant if its drainage is poor or it got overwatered that day. Also closely inspect the underside of the leaves for tiny pests like spider mites or thrips, which often cause flower drop before you see real leaf damage. But if the roots are fine and you don't see pests, the best move is to stop feeding and ease up on the watering for a bit. Don't fuss with it too much. It happens that the plant just needs time to recover once the stressor passes.

What kind of hot pepper is this? But that's tough. Was in the same situation with one of my habaneros last season. Turned out it was root-bound even though the pot looked fine from the outside. You can also check the roots or try repotting.
