My wife was cooking beef with habaneros and jalapeños, and even with the fan on, it basically turned the house into a gas chamber
my kids literally had to run outside
I didn’t know what happened, maybe she had the heat too high and not enough liquid (just soy sauce and garlic), so it basically scorched the peppers
any tips on how to cook spicy stuff without macing the whole family?
