I'm looking for a new chili to grow indoors in my 2x4 tent. I want something with a really interesting flavor, but not too hot. I've been growing Aji Amarillo and I love it. It's got the right amount of heat for me, not super spicy but not bland either. It tastes great on bread or in a dish like chili sin carne.
I'm wondering if there's something else out there that might be a better fit for my indoor setup. I've never grown a baccatum before and I think they might get too big for my small tent. I'm not a fan of the annum varieties because their flavor is too plain for me. So... what are your recommendations for a compact chili plant that has an amazing flavor and a medium spice level? Are there any baccatum types that stay small?
