Moody jalapenos! Same here! Happened to me before, I asked around and everyone said it’s normal. I added a little compost and they perked up a bit, but they’re just slow growers.
I thought mine was moody too! Jalapeños are quick growers, but superhots like ghosts are naturally slower. They need more warmth and longer season. I keep mine on a sunny balcony and they eventually catch up.
