Ornamental or edible?

Hi everyone, growing Numex Twilight for its rainbow colors, but I’m curious, do you eat your ornamentals or just admire them? Any varieties that taste as good as they look?

I planted Numex Twilight mostly for the colors on the patio. I tried one just to see how it tasted. It was super hot but didn’t have much flavor. Now I just enjoy how they look and stick to eating jalapeños
