Reco and tips on your favorite jalapeño variety??

Hello fellow chili heads! I'm a first-year pepper grower and I must say I'm hooked!! I decided to start with some jalapeños, specifically Craig's Grande. The Craig's Grande plant is great, super healthy and productive, and the pods have that classic jalapeño flavor. My only complaint is they're almost completely heatless, maybe even milder than what you'd find at the grocery store, which was a bit of a letdown. I'm curious to hear what you all are growing these days, specifically your go-to jalapeño varieties? I'm keen to hear some recommendations and tips which I can try for the next season. Yeah, they're bred more for size and yield rather than heat. If you're looking to bump up the spice for your next season, a good variety to try would be the Jalafuego or the Mucho Nacho, coz they are known for having more heat. A helpful tip to increase the heat in any pepper is to stress the plant a little bit. Meaning, you should let the soil get a bit dry between waterings rather than keeping it consistently moist. It makes the plant work harder and it can lead to more capsaicin production in the peppers. Learned it from my grand dad.
