Should I move my habaneros?

So I’m trying to keep my habanero plants alive through the winter. My garage stays around 50F most days. Do you think that’s warm enough or should I move them inside the house? any suggestions are appreciated!

I kept my habaneros in the garage a couple years ago, and that temp was just warm enough. They stayed alive, but didn’t grow much and lost some leaves. I moved them inside by a sunny window, and they did way better.
