My amazing aunt absolutely buried me in 2 kilos of habaneros, and now my fridge is packed! Plus, I've got a ton of lemon drops, some button mushrooms, and red chillies coming soon!
I've already pickled a bunch and frozen a few bags, but I'm drowning here. I eat them daily, but my plants (and my aunt!) are just too productive.

What should I do with this massive pepper overflow? Hit me with your best ideas guys!
Thanks!

I say make a big batch of habanero jelly and give some away. It keeps well and goes great on cream cheese or grilled meats. You could also dry a bunch and grind them into powder for seasoning year-round!

Wow, that’s a pepper mountain. I once had to give away jars of sauce at work just to clear freezer space. Are you into dehydrating? Homemade chili flakes are a hit!
