Spider mites driving me crazy!

Just joined the forum and I need help. My jalapeños and habaneros are under attack. spider mites are everywhere. I tried spraying water, but they keep coming back. Leaves are yellowing, and growth has slowed down. I love these plants, but I’m starting to feel defeated. What’s worked for you when mites just won’t quit??

gosh, I hate bugs on my peppers. I usually give the plants a thorough shower in the sink or with a hose to blast off as many mites and eggs as possible physically
then spray some neem oil, that keep them away from the pepper
