Cutworms on my jalapenos

Hey peeps, I planted a tray of jalapeño seedlings outside, and overnight half of them were cut down at the stem. I think it’s cutworms. How to deal with this?
 
you need to take immediate action! Handpicking: Go out to your garden at night with a flashlight, about an hour after dusk, to catch the cutworms in action
hey are most active at night. During the day, you can find them by gently digging in the top few inches of soil. When disturbed, they curl into a C-shape. just collect and dispose of them
