Just ordered some blends from Flatiron Pepper Company, can't wait to try them out.
I'm a big fan of a coarse grind and their pepper selections look amazing.
I don't know much about the company, but the products caught my eye. There are a lot of pepper varieties

Has anyone else tried them? Any favorite blends or tips on how to use them?

Yeah, I've tried a few of their blends. The four pepper blend is good for just about anything, and I like the dark & smoky on eggs and chili

oh, I've been using their stuff for a while. A quick tip for you, since they're such a coarse grind, they're great to use as a finishing rub on meats after they've cooked, or just before they come off the grill.
My favorite is their Dark & Stormy blend, it’s unbelievable on grilled chicken thighs!

Flatiron is awesome! and I agree with @Gind41sy you absolutely have to try the Dark & Smoky. It’s fantastic on grilled burgers and scrambled eggs. Their texture is perfect for a coarse grind fan!
