Looking for fast growing hot peppers

I have been searching for a hot pepper to grow that is really spicy but fast-growing. Has anyone tried growing Hot Portugal? I heard it grows quite fast. If you've found an even better combo of spicy and fast-growing, I'm all ears! Thanks!

Yup, Hot Portugal is a great choice. It's fairly spicy (around 30,000-50,000 Scoville) and known to grow quickly and produce early in the season. If youre looking for something even faster with good heat, check out Thai chili or Cayenne, both grow fast and pack a punch. Make sure though that they get plenty of sun and warmth for best results

pretty good advices here and I'd also add Fatalii which may not be the fastest growing, but you won't have to wait for months, so might want to consider them.

The super-hot peppers, like reapers and ghosts, usually take their time to grow up. But with the medium ones, like cayennes, they tend to be faster and more productive.

They are right! You might want to consider the Hungarian Wax peppers, which grow fast and give you a sharper heat.
