Trying peppers in pots

I’m thinking of growing in pots this year and want to try peppers with low heat for cooking. I’ll be using them mostly in stews and soups. Thinking of trying Pimento or Cherry Bomb. Is it better to buy online or check local nurseries?

I grow Cherry Bombs in pots on my patio every summer. They’re great for stews because they have mild heat and really good flavor. I usually just grab seedlings from my local nursery since they’re already used to our climate
